Both talent and determination have played a major impact in the success of Ronnie Jr. From the very beginning he knew that talent alone wasn’t all it took to make it in this business. This Southern California native stays true to the moral lessons he once learned from his family and the lessons he continues to learn today. Jr’s versatile and well-rounded persona is what keeps his fan base coming back for more. He has positioned himself as a true commodity in this field. Both ambition and perseverance is what paved the way for Ronnie Jr during the initial stages of his career. To earn his spot as a rookie in the industry, he took on any Internship or Television Extra work he could find. These experiences helped set in motion Ronnie Jr’s career in broadcasting.  

In May of 2002 he began working for Clear Channel’s Hot 92 Jamz in Los Angeles, CA. He really began to excel in not only promotions but in programming as well. In July of 2003 Hot 92 Jamz launched a community talk show hosted by legendary radio personality Josefa Salinas the Angelita. Intrigued by the show’s concept he soon began working with Josefa as the community field reporter and co-producer. Ronnie Jr. was also fortunate enough to try his hand as an on-air personality. He joined the highly successful HOT 94.1 FM in Bakersfield, CA.  

Bakersfield was just the beginning of Ronnie Jr’s radio career, a year later he joined KVEG Hot 97.5 in Las Vegas, NV. After a short time he landed a co-hosting spot on the popular “Mike P and Adasia Morning Show.” His talent was undeniable and therefore he began hosting his own weekend morning show for KVEG. With all the great experiences he attained in Las Vegas, Ronnie Jr. knew that moving back to Los Angeles would be vital in order to enhance his career.  

The move definitely paid off when Ronnie Jr was crowned the San Diego Winner for Fuse TV’s Ultimate Gig, the VJ Search. Undoubtedly a crowd favorite, Fuse Producers quickly capitalized on Ronnie’s buzz and invited him to Co-Host Daily Download Live. He interviewed the likes of Maria Menounos, Mike Epps and Bobby Valentino Live in New York City’s Fuse Studio. When the twenty episode nation-wide search was complete, Jr was announced as the first runner up. The National exposure instantly led to some other Media Opportunities Including KTLA’s “The Audition” and On-Air work at KWIE Wild 96.1 fm, Hip Hop Y Mas.  

With a vast amount of experience in several aspects of the entertainment industry there is no telling what is in store for this emerging talent. Ronnie recently spent Two Years on "The Rick Dees In The Morning Show" as a Field Reporter / Man on The Streets via KMVN Movin 93.9 fm, Los Angeles. RJ can also be seen on several Red Carpets as a Red Carpet Reporter for Entertainment Website, HOLLYSCOOP.COM. He continues to strive to achieve the high standard of excellence he once set for himself as a teenager and is confident that he will one day be in a position the help change the world.
